George Barker MNurs(Res) RN - CDE NP George is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Nurse Practitioner at the Diabetes Education Service at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai. He has 24 years’ experience in diabetes education working within the Northern Sydney Local Health District and at Diabetes New South Wales. George has served in Executive roles on ADEA’s Board of Directors and represented ADEA in state and national projects, working parties and advisory groups. He has Chaired Asia Pacific Diabetes Nurse Educator forums in Singapore and Bangkok.
